Marketing & business strategy

More posts won't fix it.
Better thinking will.

Nobody sees you. Or they see you and don't buy. Or the audience is already there and nobody makes a decision. Three symptoms, one cause, and posting more solves none of them. We work with founders, personal brands and the companies behind them.

Who we are

Five years.
Over a billion views.
One system.

We build personal brands and the companies behind them. Founders, ecommerce, restaurants, gyms, real estate. Every project starts in the same place: what you stand for, and what you sell. Content comes third, once there is something worth sending people to. Everything below was built organically. No ads, no paid collabs.

What changed

The tools got cheap.
The thinking did not.

Anyone can learn the theory

You can spend hundreds on courses that all teach the same hooks. You can buy attention with ads. None of it replaces a mind that thinks clearly and uses psychology to build the strategy behind the content.

Everyone can produce

Great footage and sharp editing are what people scroll past all day. The only things that stop a thumb now are a well-formed message, the right script, and a strategy built for the brand behind it.

People buy from people

A company gets bought from a face, an opinion, a standard. And buyers can tell when it isn't yours. Copying other creators stopped working. Being genuinely yourself is the only version of this that scales.

Where you are now

You are not short on ideas.

You have ideas. You post them. The edits get better, the hooks get sharper, the account looks professional. And the line that matters barely moves.

"We post every day and nothing sells."

Volume without direction

Output is not the problem. Nobody decided what the account is for, so every post starts from zero.

"We have the audience. We can't turn it into sales."

Attention without an offer

The reach is real and there is nothing at the end of it people can say yes to.

"Everything runs through me."

The business cannot move without you

Marketing, sales and delivery in one head. It works until the week you are busy.

MONTH 1MONTH 12
What you publish
What it turns into

Which one is closest to you?

More output does not close that gap, because the gap was never about output. It is the distance between what you make and what you are actually asking people to do about it.

Name the one that fits and half the work is already specified. That is what the first call is for, and it costs nothing.

The method

Order is everything.

Message first. Content third. That is the part almost nobody gets right.

How most people do it

Content Audience Offer Message

How we do it

Message Offer Content The way you sell

Stage 01

Message

  • Who you are on the market
  • What you stand for and against
  • Who you are speaking to
  • The one thing people should remember

Stage 02

Offer

  • What you actually sell
  • Product and pricing structure
  • Why it is worth the money
  • Built or rebuilt with you

Stage 03

Content

  • Formats that fit you
  • Production and editing
  • A weekly rhythm that holds
  • Every post pointed at the offer

Stage 04

The way you sell

  • Where the sale happens: landing page, DMs, calls
  • The offer put into a structure people can say yes to
  • Marketing and message saying the same thing everywhere
  • The full path from one post to one payment

Run in that order, it becomes a loop

Three steps. One loop that pays for itself.

Step 1 · Attention

Become impossible to ignore.

Who has to know you exist, where those people already are, and what stops their thumb. A founder, a restaurant and a product brand all get the same one second. Channels picked because they fit the business, not because they look good in a report.

FounderA face people recognise in the feed
CompanyThe product seen working before anyone buys

Step 2 · Trust

Give them a reason to stay.

Being recognised is not being believed. Every piece has a job, and if it doesn't have one we don't make it. We watch how many people finish the video, save it and send it to someone else. Not likes.

FounderOpinions people come back for
CompanyReviews, results and the team behind the product

Step 3 · Sales

Turn all of it into money.

Where people meet the offer, how the case gets made, and what stops them saying yes. Then money from sales goes back into reaching more people and the whole thing runs again. Not a campaign you switch off. A loop.

FounderDMs, calls and a page that closes
CompanyBookings, checkout, or a sales team getting warm leads

What we do for you

We have a team for
every part of this.

Not one person stretched across everything. A specialist for each piece, working off the same plan. The same team runs a founder brand and a company account.

This one started by accident. I met a Chinese teacher over lunch, told her we should turn what she already knew into a business, and she said yes on the spot. Everything below came out of that conversation.

No audience, no product structure, no direction. We set the teaching angle, packaged the lessons into something people could actually buy, and ran the content engine end to end. Organic content only.

Repositioned from the message up

Adam came to us with 85K followers and a dead account. He was posting in the crypto niche and nothing could break past one or two thousand views. That was his ceiling and it had been for months.

We moved him out of crypto and into health and fitness. That single decision changed everything. Videos went from a couple of thousand views to millions, and he started selling his own training programmes off the back of it.

Then we used the audience twice. Through Instagram stories we promoted AI tools from the finance space, and because the character we had built for Adam was strong enough to carry both worlds, that second line brought serious money in on its own.

The lesson is in the move, not the numbers. A niche has a ceiling. A character does not. We built Adam as someone people follow for how he thinks and how he lives, which is why the same account could carry fitness and finance without anyone feeling sold to. Most people rebuild the content. The thing worth rebuilding is who the account is.

Jeremy was posting and getting about 2,000 views a reel. Not one of them turned into a booked call. The content was not the problem. There was no message, no offer and nothing for a viewer to walk into.

So we built the business, not the account. What he stands for, who he is for, what he sells and at what price, then a lead system behind it. Content came after that, with formats and hooks built for the people we wanted in the DMs.

In the first month he closed €5,000 online. Clients he could not reach before, paying for something that did not exist four weeks earlier. About 2,500 new followers came with it, and reels went from under 2,000 views to between 45,000 and 258,000.

The reach is the visible part. The structure underneath is what keeps working on the days he does not post. That is the difference between building a business and buying yourself a job.

We worked on the message, the offer and the script strategy. What he stands for, what he sells first, and how every video is built so the right person books a 1:1 instead of just watching.

This is the case to study if you think you need a million views. You do not. You need a message people trust and something worth buying at the end of it.

Platforms running off one pipeline, two clips a day

Andy Herman has published a daily Green Bay Packers show for eight years. One platform, a stable income, and a ceiling he could see. Nothing new was recorded for this engagement. We took episodes that already existed and put them where new viewers are.

Two clips a day, cut from the strongest moments of each episode, hooks rebuilt so the payoff lands in the first second. Facebook and Instagram were dormant accounts. They became the cheapest source of new listeners he had.

Reach was never the product. Every clip pointed back at the full episode, which is where the watch time and the channel revenue sit. Month one: five platforms live and 247K Facebook views from zero. Month three: a million views a month on the long form and revenue 50% above normal.

Publishing rhythm, with a team we hired and trained

PetLovers was already selling. What it did not have was a brand anyone recognised. Social ran at about three posts a week with no direction, landing a few hundred views each.

We built the strategy around the reason the owner started it: what animals do to people's lives. The founder became a recurring face instead of hiding behind the logo. The two dogs on the packaging became the company. Generic pet clips were dropped.

Two months in, one of those dogs got sick. The owner did not want to post it. We helped him tell it honestly, on his terms, and it reached around ten million people on TikTok alone. That was not a lucky post on a dead account. The storytelling was already working.

We also built the operation. Creators, video assistants and a social media manager recruited, trained and managed for the rest of the year, so daily publishing did not depend on one person.

Melbourne has a Thai restaurant on every second street. A polite, generic feed disappears there. We built the whole presence around one diner: twenties to thirties, out looking for the next good meal, deciding on a phone.

Neon poster colouring, the price on the creative, staff in floral shirts inside formats the audience already watches. The profile was rebuilt as a menu, with highlights for lunch, press, Thai BBQ, dinner and reviews, and booking and maps links up top.

Offers stopped being announcements. The $9.90 dinner and the $10 lunch each cleared 30K views, which for a hidden laneway restaurant is most of the city walking past the door.

Poke Poke sells poke bowls, protein breakfasts and macro-friendly meals in Pattaya. The food was already good. The job was to turn it into the name people say when someone asks where to eat healthy in this city.

We put the offer on convenience: high protein without cooking, counting or losing three hours a day to it. Our team shot the dishes, the kitchen, the staff and the ordering moment, then cut it vertical for paid and organic. One reel about the food did 154,000 views.

After the click the profile does the rest. Benefit-first name line, the promise in three lines, macros on every dish and a direct path to order. Over 200 Google reviews at 4.9 now sell harder than any ad we could run.

Next: out of Pattaya. The brand was built for the Thai market from the start, so the next phase is more locations rather than more posts.

YogiLab had the audience, the community and a distinctive voice. What it did not have was an operation. Several creators, nobody sure who owned what, and content produced once and never reused.

We audited the content, the team and the tools, then built a repurposing pipeline so one shoot feeds every platform. Roles and responsibilities written down, a group chat for same-day feedback, editing and algorithm rules any new editor can follow, and a three month plan to execute against.

This is what it looks like when a company already has people. We do not replace the team. We make it produce, and the numbers move because the operation changed.

How the work runs

What the first month
actually looks like.

Week 1

We build the offer together

Your direction, what you sell, who you are on the market. We work it out with you in the room, not in a document we send over afterwards.

Week 2

Strategy and production

Content strategy, formats, scripts. Then we sit down and actually shoot it. Filming on location if that is what the brand needs.

Weeks 3 and 4

Content goes live

Publishing starts right away and gets adjusted as it runs. First signals come in and we cut what isn't working.

Every week

The call

Once a week we go through the whole plan. What worked, what didn't, what changes, where the market moved. This never stops.

We run this with you, not for you.

This is not a plan you pay for and then handle alone. Every week we are on a call going through the marketing, the numbers and the direction, adjusting to what the market is actually doing. We operate as business partners in your growth, and we treat your results as ours.

Content starts moving from week two and keeps being adjusted. But real results take longer than anyone selling you a 30 day transformation will admit. Around month three we can look at the numbers honestly and say whether the work is doing what it should. That is the timeline, and we would rather tell you now than at the end.

MONTH 1MONTH 3MONTH 6FOUNDATIONFIRST READCOMPOUNDING

Working together

Three ways in.

Every option is built to return more than it costs. Here is what each one is for, where it starts, and what it has to change for you.

What it has to returnOption 02 pays for itself in the month it brings one extra client. For most of the businesses on this page, that is a single order.
What you are buyingNot posts. A message, an offer with a price on it, and a system that keeps selling on the days nothing goes out.
How we price itFixed rates, no cut of your revenue. Three months minimum, because month one is foundation and month three is the first honest read.

Option 01

Strategy

For a founder or a team that can already produce, and has nobody deciding what all of it is for.

From$1,000one-off build

  • Message and brand direction
  • Offer built or rebuilt
  • Full social media strategy
  • Profile structure and growth plan
  • Formats, scripts and hooks
  • You or your team produce
What changes: you stop guessing what to post, because there is a message, a price and a plan your team can run without you in the room.

Option 02

Strategy + editing

For people who can show up on camera and want everything after that handled.

From$2,000per month

  • Everything in Option 01
  • Video editing and post
  • Thumbnails, captions and covers
  • Publishing handled for you
  • You shoot, we do the rest
What changes: you shoot and nothing else. Edit, publishing, the offer behind it and the weekly call on the numbers run whether your week is busy or not.

Option 03

Full production

For brands that want the whole thing built, filmed on location and pointed at a page that sells.

From$4,000per month

  • Everything in Option 02
  • We fly to you and film on location
  • Full production blocks with our crew
  • Landing page or app build
  • End to end, you just show up
What changes: a crew on site, content produced in blocks instead of scraps, and a page or app that turns the attention into orders you can count.

These are starting points, not menus. Scope decides the number and the first call decides the scope. Option 03 also depends on where you are, since it means moving a crew. We work across Europe, Asia and the Middle East and travel for the right projects.

Honest part

This is not for everyone.

You expect remarkable results after one month.

Month one buys you a foundation. If that isn't enough for you, we are the wrong people.

You won't be the face of it, and you won't find someone who will.

It has to be a real person. AI can make the content, it cannot make anyone trust you.

Views are the only thing you want.

That is a fair goal and we can do it. Say it on the first call, because a reach plan and a revenue plan are not the same build.

You want one month of structure, then goodbye.

Then take Option 01 or mentoring instead of a retainer. We will point you there rather than sell you something you do not need.

We work with founders and companies that intend to be known for something. If that is you, the rest is execution.

Next step

Let's decide what
you're known for.

Write to me directly on Telegram. One call, we go through the business, the offer and where you actually stand today. You leave with a direction whether we work together or not.

If it turns out to be a no, you still leave with the plan. That part costs nothing and it is yours to use with me or without me.
